The application is simple to use. There are only two screens (tabs) that data is entered into. They are "Set Up" and "Input". The data you enter to the Set Up screen (above) is used for the long term. After a year or so, the top five products and payers may need to be updated. Other than the initial set up and the occasional update, that is all the screen is used for.
The Input screen (right) is used monthly. To get the greatest benefit from the application it requires 34 numbers. The source of the numbers are; Targets that management sets, values from the Income Statement and Balance Sheet, and probably from the company's billing system. The application uses these entries to analyze and produce the Key Metrics for any company.
The Executive Report *(below) is the critical information for CEO’s to have at the top of their awareness. These values touch every corner of a business. The report trends more than five years worth of data. Users choose to load past or future data in any combination desired. Once the data is loaded the user determines how many months of information they want to see.
The Detailed Analysis Report that follows trends 41 important metrics that deal with Sales, Profitability, and Cash. Like the Executive report it trends more than 60 months of a company’s performance and gets all it needs from the Input screen discussed above.

Trends performance for more than five years and charts the results. Produces two reports for you. The Executive Report with the 14 metrics that are key to the management of a company. The Detailed Analysis calculates and trends 41 important metrics. Finally, the application produces four charts with Key Metrics and their Targets. It is downloadable and requires Microsoft Excel.
