Wallace Weeks is the founder and President of Weeks Group. Prior to forming the Weeks Group, Wallace was a member of a senior management team at a regional banking company.  When Wallace became area manager, the branches reporting to him had market share rankings that ranged from 2nd to 5th.  Within 18 months all branches ranked either 1st or 2nd in market share.  It was in this role that Wallace perfected his strategic planning and market development skills. Wallace founded an independent multi-line insurance agency which he sold in 1983.

Education: MBA from Baptist Christian University and Graduate School of Banking at LSU.

Lou Ann joined Weeks Group in 1997 as Administrator.  She now consults our clients in matters relating primarily to business processes.  Prior to joining Weeks Group she was an administrator with contractors to NASA in the space program.  While associated with the space program she honed skills in office administration, business process reengineering, and quality management.

Education: Graduate of Stratford Business College, Tampa, FL
